All sales for Reading Rx consultations, masterclasses, and digital products are final.

• Consultations: If you are unable to attend a booked consultation due to an emergency or scheduling conflict, you must reschedule within 24 hours.

• Masterclasses: No refunds are provided for missed masterclasses. If you cannot attend a purchased session, you may attend the next available masterclass.

• Digital Products: No refunds are provided for digital resources or courses.
